Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, GTM
This role partners with global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to drive GTM forecasting, planning, metrics, investment analysis, and business reviews. It requires 5+ years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, SaaS expertise, and hands-on use of AI and finance systems.

Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support and Services across business segments, channels, and products.
- Drive FP&A for GTM teams, including headcount and operating expense management, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, scenario modeling, and business reviews.
- Review Marketing program spend and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership on sales forecasting, including Bookings, ARR, Net Dollar Retention, and Renewals.
- Track and ensure accurate measurement of Bookings, ARR, Net Dollar Retention, and Renewals.
- Own quota and capacity models, pipeline and waterfall models, TAM analysis, and ad hoc modeling.
- Define, track, and analyze unit economics and metrics measuring sales and marketing investment efficacy, ROI, attribution, and efficiency.
- Support compensation plan design and modeling.
- Partner with Accounting, Sales Operations, and Finance to scale financial processes and reporting.
- Provide analysis and insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews, board packages, and critical reporting.
- Use AI for analysis, modeling, reporting, scenario work, and narrative synthesis.
- Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and reusable tools that reduce manual effort and improve reporting visibility.
- Help scale finance infrastructure, models, tools, reporting automation, and AI-driven planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, including experience supporting GTM teams.
- Understanding of SaaS and consumption business model revenue drivers and metrics.
- Strong collaboration, prioritization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools, including Claude, LLMs, or AI features in finance platforms, for analysis, modeling, reporting, and research.
- Salesforce, Sigma/BI, NetSuite, and Pigment experience required.
- Understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

Compensation & Equity
- Canada: CA$169,278–CA$241,82 plus equity.
- United States: $124,250–$177,500 plus equity.
