Customer-facing technical expert who deploys and integrates AI software agents, partners with engineering teams, drives adoption, and feeds customer insight into the product roadmap. Responsibilities
- Own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation.
- Work directly with customers to understand technical challenges and identify high-impact use cases for Devin/Windsurf.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to support product integration and adoption.
- Lead demos and pilots, support integrations, activate top users, and drive product utilization.
- Implement requested features when appropriate and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Provide product insight to help inform the roadmap.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they become blockers.
- Travel 25–50%.
Requirements
- Fluency or native proficiency in Portuguese.
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance in academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
- Self-directed, with the ability to prioritize independently.
- Strong communication skills with senior engineers and executives.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort.
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript.
- Experience writing and debugging real software systems.
- Interest in working directly with users on high-impact technical problems.
- Ability to learn quickly in challenging, real-world environments.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a broad, highly autonomous role.
