Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts that measurably improve people’s lives within a focused, balanced team.
- Own the design of growth- and retention-focused products, including sign-up and onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct and lead design critiques with stakeholders and peers.
- Explore opportunities, influence decisions, and launch features into production with iterations.
- Thrive in ambiguity, self-direct work, and prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience with native mobile app design required.
- Experience building growth- and retention-focused products (ideally sign-up and onboarding experiences).
- Strong UI craftsperson with a well-practiced eye for detail and aesthetics; shipped mobile app work must be exceptional.
- Experience with Figma, Miro, and Protopie.
- Experience with animation (ideally Rive).
- Risk-taker, endlessly curious, expert collaborator, radically scrappy, and a team player.
- Tendency to self-direct and use own prioritization methods in a fast-paced startup.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in visual design.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to drive smarter, faster work.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $149,592 - $175,990
Equity: Full-time employees receive equity in Fetch.
