Software Engineer, Agents
Build end-to-end product experiences for creating, evaluating, improving, deploying, and operating AI agents. The role requires 6+ years of product software experience, strong coding skills, and the ability to work across user-facing and backend systems.

Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product experiences that help users create and configure AI agents for real work.
- Design and ship workflows that help users evaluate agent quality, inspect results, and understand failure modes.
- Build product loops that help agents improve over time through feedback, evaluations, optimization, and self-improvement primitives.
- Help users deploy and operate both auto-mode agents and more independent agents with appropriate guardrails, controls, and visibility.
- Work across frontend, backend, prompting, harness behavior, infrastructure, and product systems to turn agent capabilities into polished user experiences.
- Partner with design, product, research, and go-to-market teams to identify high-value agent use cases and make them successful.
- Balance product ambition with engineering rigor, making thoughtful tradeoffs across quality, latency, trust, and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience building product software.
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript, with an emphasis on reliable, well-tested systems.
- Strong product sense and comfort working across user-facing experiences and backend systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI, agentic, workflow, automation, or developer-product experiences.
- Leadership skills or prior management experience.
