Own relationships with strategic clients, supporting onboarding, growth, optimization, and long-term success on Topsort’s platform.
Learn how modern retail media and marketplace monetization works — including sponsored ads, auction systems, ad relevance, and performance strategy.
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and help translate them into actionable platform strategies.
Analyze campaign and marketplace performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and growth recommendations.
Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and commercial teams to solve problems quickly and drive customer outcomes.
Lead client conversations, performance reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success or other client-facing environments.
