Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure adoption and retention of the FareHarbor platform.
Identify and implement strategic opportunities for client growth across a portfolio, prioritizing high-value accounts to maximize impact and revenue.
Manage client inquiries and resolve issues to improve the online booking experience.
Oversee client and internal projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring timely execution.
Become an expert on FareHarbor and industry trends to provide valuable insights and communicate competitive advantages to clients.
Grow client revenue by implementing suggestions to increase e-commerce conversion rates.
Maintain 90%+ SLA compliance by engaging clients regularly, including an average of 30 calls and 3+ hours of talk time per week.
Retain accounts and mitigate client risk.
Travel to visit local clients, troubleshoot issues, identify growth opportunities, and present in-person business reviews.

$29.17/hour–$43.77/hour, plus 10% bonus potential.
