Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Ability to build products end-to-end (frontend + backend)
- Proven experience building and shipping user-facing LLM products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Nice-to-haves
- Fluency in NextJS + React + Typescript stack
- Comfortable making UX decisions
- Iterated on a product through evals & CI/CD
- Excellent at communicating with AI (prompting)
- Enjoy hackathons & building side projects
- Experience building AI agents
- Previously founded a startup or worked at a rocket ship
- Love taking products from 0 -> 1
- Can quickly find the 80/20 solution
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 (depending on leveling/years of experience, not including equity)
