Lead the People M&A "engine room" at Databricks by standardizing playbooks, driving automation/AI in workflows, ensuring seamless employee onboarding across deals, and maintaining data integrity as the primary liaison between Corporate Development and People teams. Impact
- Standardize the Playbook: Operationalize tribal knowledge into a documented, E2E M&A Playbook and Knowledge Hub to eliminate dependency on a small group of experts.
- Drive Automation: Partner with People Tech to design and execute the "Tech Efficiency Roadmap," utilizing automation and AI into our workflows/deal phases.
- Execution Leadership: Lead the People M&A phases of the deal. Manage the complex orchestration of recruiting, IT onboarding, and HR operations from deal disclosure through Day 1.
- Data Integrity: Design and establish "Single Source of Truth" protocols and data ownership matrices to ensure 100% accuracy in employee data across all systems.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary POC of the People team (TA, Benefits, PeopleOps, People Partners, Global Mobility) to ensure the People M&A priorities are roadmapped, tracked and implemented.

- 8+ years of M&A experience
