Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market teams through launch-readiness milestones for strategic product releases.
- Manage stakeholder alignment, program execution, leadership reporting, and cross-functional decision-making.
- Evolve launch processes, standardized playbooks, governance, and operating procedures.
- Use launch metrics and data-driven insights to recommend improvements to marketing strategy and support growth targets.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to track and communicate product performance.
- Anticipate risks, develop mitigation and escalation paths, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Support project management and organization of standard operating procedures within Product Marketing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management, product launches, and/or product marketing.
- Understanding of go-to-market and product development lifecycles, including product launch.
- Excellent communication skills with senior management, stakeholders, and business-unit leaders.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to align large, cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Experience working with go-to-market teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- U.S. annual base salary: $165,000–$226,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area; $147,000–$202,000 for California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
- Canada annual base salary: $128,000–$176,000 CAD.
- Benefits may include equity, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, RRSP matching, healthcare spending, telemedicine, PTO, and parental leave.
