Responsibilities
- Own roadmaps and end-to-end execution for projects.
- Drive program management for the Global Growth design team.
- Shape and document workflows and processes to improve team speed and effectiveness.
- Partner with design, engineering, marketing, legal, and product to scope work, set timelines, and manage delivery.
- Build and maintain visibility into project health, team utilization, and priorities for design leadership.
- Lead planning and prioritization across cross-functional teams while balancing competing inputs.
- Facilitate design reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
- Apply AI fluency to program management, using Figma, Jira, and AI assistants to accelerate workflows and help the team adopt new tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design program management, product design, or a relevant design industry role.
- Experience driving complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and independently develop execution plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and interest in their impact on design-team workflows.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational rigor.
- Resilience in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Figma, Jira, and GitHub.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range in the San Francisco area: $143,000–$178,750, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
