Staff IT Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for eDiscovery and information governance solutions across business functions and enterprise platforms.
- Partner with engineering teams to transform eDiscovery capabilities from legal hold through collection, review, and production using the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into system configurations, policies, and controls across platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace.
- Lead program timelines, dependencies, and risk escalations.
- Maintain audit-ready regulatory control matrices, playbooks, and SLAs.
- Build and validate test plans for eDiscovery controls and information governance tooling.
- Identify automation opportunities and prototype solutions with generative AI and workflow tooling while maintaining human oversight.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, information governance, eDiscovery, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing cross-functional compliance programs with multiple dependencies.
- Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tooling such as Relativity, Nuix, Google Vault, or Onna.
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise system controls and configurations.
- Ability to build roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive programs independently.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $148,835–$175,100 USD.
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
