Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Advise digital-native customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content for engineers, developers, executives, and founders.
- Guide architecture decisions and integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience with digital-native businesses, fast-moving technology companies, or scale-ups.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to founders, executives, engineering teams, and IT teams.
- Strong technical communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating modern technology stacks.
- Comfortable with Python.
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, manage trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.

Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings compensation: £190,000–£230,000 GBP, including base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.
