Product Manager, Support Experience
The Product Manager will improve Stripe’s user-facing conversational AI agent by building AI skills, defining hybrid conversational UX, and creating quality and continuous-improvement systems. The role requires 7–12+ years of product management experience, technical expertise, strong user empathy, and cross-team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Improve outcomes for Stripe’s user-facing AI agent, which handles 100,000+ conversations per week.
- Identify customer problems and build solutions that make the conversational AI agent as capable and effective as human agents.
- Define user experience for conversational AI, including hybrid interfaces that combine UI and conversation.
- Build, ship, and iterate on AI skills and systems that enable teams across Stripe to do the same.
- Create continuous improvement loops that turn identified problems into scaled AI solutions.
- Redefine quality measurement for agentic conversations.
- Partner with Conversation UX and Platform teams to unlock new AI-agent capabilities.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of industry product management experience, excluding internships and co-ops.
- Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.
- Experience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Strong technical expertise, including experience leading technical products or a background in computer science or a similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
