Responsibilities
- Own product management for Messenger, Fin’s core business messaging and customer engagement channel.
- Research customer problems through data analysis, qualitative research, and direct customer interactions.
- Define and manage the roadmap, including what should be built, when, and why.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to envision, build, and ship product improvements.
- Use AI to improve product management efficiency and accelerate development.
- Measure product impact quantitatively and qualitatively during beta and after release.
- Maintain product quality and ensure releases deliver high-quality software.
- Partner cross-functionally on go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Lead through strong communication, ownership, influence, and alignment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated impact, drive, and potential; no minimum years of experience is required.
- Ability to understand, frame, and articulate complex customer problems using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Experience defining and communicating compelling product roadmaps.
- Strong product judgment, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and design teams to ship effective solutions.
- Understanding of AI systems and large language models, including feasibility and trade-offs.
- Technical fluency with APIs, SaaS infrastructure, low-code tooling, and system architecture.
- Outcome-oriented approach to product development and measurement.
- Excellent communication, ownership, leadership, and influencing skills.
