Responsibilities
Own, mature, expand, and operate existing change management processes with internal teams and product/banking partners
Support day-to-day relationship management with bank partners for new feature and product launches
Build knowledge base for partnerships and framework for internal teams to support new feature development
Onboard and train Mercury employees on external tools or dashboards
Work with risk and compliance to create scalable reporting and feedback processes
Collaborate with engineering and product to launch features and grow programs
Work with marketing to track changes and deliver roadmaps to external stakeholders
Gain exposure to teams from Audit to Legal
Help strategically grow Mercury’s network of financial relationships and deepen programs
Requirements
7+ years experience in financial services or banking operations, with at least 3 years supporting bank partnerships
Confident building relationships and serving as operational go-to for change requests with bank partners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly collaborative and attuned to partner expectations

NYC, Seattle, LA, SF: $142,400 - $178,000
Other US locations: $128,200 - $160,200
