Owns the operating infrastructure that helps a scaling healthcare technology company plan, align, and execute effectively. The role manages OKR cycles, business reviews, executive meetings, offsites, and company-wide communications while improving processes with AI tools.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve core operating rhythms, including the Biweekly Business Review, OKR planning cycles, executive meeting cadences, and Town Halls.
  • Design and facilitate executive offsites end to end, including structure, pre-work, logistics, facilitation support, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Manage OKR planning cycles from kickoff to completion by building the framework, owning timelines, facilitating cross-functional sessions, and maintaining the system of record.
  • Serve as the primary operational counterpart to Chiefs of Staff across functions, coordinating cross-functional planning processes and company-wide initiatives.
  • Use AI tools to improve operating-process efficiency and quality, including automating coordination workflows and streamlining information flow.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or a Chief of Staff function, ideally at a high-growth technology or healthcare company.
  • Experience personally building and running recurring operating processes.
  • Strong systems-thinking skills, including diagnosing operational breakdowns and implementing improvements with limited oversight.
  • Strong project-management skills, including building project plans, managing complex timelines, and coordinating senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with both strategic process design and hands-on execution, including scheduling, logistics, and executive-meeting note-taking.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without authority, manage up, and draft company-wide communications.
  • Active use of AI tools to improve productivity and operational processes.
  • Mission-driven approach and interest in improving access to mental healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base compensation: $144,000–$168,000 USD annually.
  • Hybrid role with onsite work from the NYC hub three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

  • No-cost access to therapy through the Grow platform for US employees.
