Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global sourcing and category strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Evaluate, develop, and manage relationships with global suppliers, ensuring quality standards and delivery deadlines are met.
- Negotiate global supplier contracts and commercial terms, including pricing and payment conditions.
- Conduct supply-base risk assessments and develop contingency plans for business continuity.
- Lead cross-functional planning and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze spend, market conditions, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing performance reviews with strategic suppliers.
- Integrate and champion sustainability practices in procurement and sourcing.
- Monitor industry trends, global market conditions, and category innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Approximately 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement, preferably in data center infrastructure, cloud, or hardware supply chains.
- Experience managing global supply chains and complex supplier relationships, ensuring vendor compliance, and implementing process improvements at scale.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with global manufacturers and suppliers, including contract negotiation, supplier qualification, documentation, and performance management.
- Experience working with hyperscalers, OEMs/ODMs, or infrastructure providers.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing global categories across multiple regions.
- Data center cooling category experience, including CRAHs, fan walls, in-row or in-rack CDUs, and TCS/TCP piping.
- CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM certification.
- Experience with AI or data center infrastructure supply chains.

- Annual compensation of $140,000–$170,000 plus bonus.
