Senior Sales Engineer, Enterprise - German Speaking
The Senior Sales Engineer supports enterprise customers through technical discovery, presentations, and proof-of-value engagements for data replication solutions. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong database and cloud infrastructure expertise, and professional German proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Work with Enterprise customers to understand their business, use cases, and data replication requirements.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences.
- Ensure the technical win by running an organized proof-of-value process.
- Work with multiple cross-functional organizations to drive change and improvements.
- Collaborate with multiple Sales representatives while maintaining customer focus and technical excellence.
- Stay current on the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Assist team members with advanced technical or business roadblocks.
Requirements
- Native or professional proficiency in German.
- 5+ years of experience in data replication, sales engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical background in database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies, including hands-on experience.
- Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tooling, data catalogs, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with data replication or ETL tools.
- Experience with self-hosted software applications and supporting infrastructure.
- Hands-on networking experience in cloud and on-premises environments.
