Drive experimentation across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion, using both qualitative insight and quantitative analysis to identify the highest-leverage opportunities.
Improve time to value for new customers by simplifying setup, reducing onboarding friction, and helping users quickly reach meaningful product outcomes.
Identify and build the right in-product growth surfaces for enterprise adoption to help teams scale from initial usage to broader rollout.
Establish shared vision and alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Finance on growth priorities and success metrics.
Lead rollout plans for new growth capabilities, offers, and monetization changes, with clear experimentation frameworks, success criteria, and change management.
