Fullstack Software Engineer - Catering
Build and maintain full-stack components and services supporting online catering orders, with responsibility for architecture, reliability, performance, testing, and on-call support. Requires 2+ years of software engineering experience with C#, .NET, a frontend framework, and AWS.

Responsibilities
- Maintain scalable, high-quality software components and services for online ordering and catering-order management.
- Contribute to technical decision-making, solution design, and architecture, including reducing technical debt and improving reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance, investigate incidents, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with stakeholders during outages.
- Diagnose root causes and develop proactive, long-term solutions.
- Document and share technical knowledge with the team.
- Champion software-development best practices, agile methodologies, testing standards, and continuous improvement.
- Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in daily development workflows and participate in AI coding-agent training.
- Own and optimize the team’s delivery pipeline, including code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
- Participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- 2+ years of post-graduation software engineering experience.
- Experience with C# and .NET.
- Commercial experience with a frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- AWS cloud experience.
- Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Sound judgment and willingness to seek diverse perspectives and challenge assumptions.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Consistent delivery against sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
