Fullstack Software Engineer - Catering

Build and maintain full-stack components and services supporting online catering orders, with responsibility for architecture, reliability, performance, testing, and on-call support. Requires 2+ years of software engineering experience with C#, .NET, a frontend framework, and AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain scalable, high-quality software components and services for online ordering and catering-order management.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making, solution design, and architecture, including reducing technical debt and improving reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, investigate incidents, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with stakeholders during outages.
  • Diagnose root causes and develop proactive, long-term solutions.
  • Document and share technical knowledge with the team.
  • Champion software-development best practices, agile methodologies, testing standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in daily development workflows and participate in AI coding-agent training.
  • Own and optimize the team’s delivery pipeline, including code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Participate in on-call duties.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of post-graduation software engineering experience.
  • Experience with C# and .NET.
  • Commercial experience with a frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • AWS cloud experience.
  • Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
  • Sound judgment and willingness to seek diverse perspectives and challenge assumptions.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Consistent delivery against sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
