Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a directly related field, obtained by summer 2027, or equivalent work experience.
- New graduate candidates must have no more than 18 months of professional experience, excluding internships.
- Programming experience through side projects, coursework, internships, or collaborative coding projects.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and understand unfamiliar systems.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and professional judgment when using AI-assisted development tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Specialized knowledge in frontend, backend, infrastructure, or another technical area alongside broad technical skills.
- Experience with code review practices and safely updating production systems.
- Familiarity with large codebases.
- Experience independently leading small projects and contributing to larger projects with peers.
- High agency in resolving technical obstacles and knowing when to seek help.
