Responsibilities
Own the model launch calendar and sequencing across a broad portfolio of releases, coordinating timing with partner teams across marketing, product, and communications.
Own the plan of record for each launch, including deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines, and surface risks early enough to act on them.
Own the path launch materials take through review, partnering with legal, policy, research, and communications so reviews happen in the right sequence.
Drive decisions and alignment across senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Own launch-day execution, including sequencing, timing, access, and operational readiness.
Own internal resources for field teams and the operational side of enablement, including scheduling, speakers, and materials logistics.
Develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks that scale beyond any one launch.
Own launch retrospectives and recurring product communications, and contribute launch materials when volume requires it.
Requirements
Experience owning launch or release operations end to end and accountability for launches landing on time and in good shape.
Experience building or substantially improving a launch or release process.
A process-as-product mindset, including attention to adoption and measurement.
Background in product marketing, product operations, technical program management, or launch production.
Ability to keep complex plans coherent as priorities and timelines shift.
Ability to drive decisions across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong writing skills and ability to produce launch-ready material.
Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving market.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary: $255,000–$320,000 USD.
Hybrid work arrangement with work from the San Francisco or New York office at least two days per week; the general policy expects staff in an office at least 25% of the time.
