About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize the product launch process end to end across product, operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Own the product launch calendar and sequencing across products, solutions, and programs.
  • Maintain the plan of record for each launch, including deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines; surface risks early.
  • Manage the review process for launch materials with legal, policy, product, and communications teams.
  • Drive decisions and alignment across senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Own launch-day execution, including sequencing, timing, access, and operational readiness.
  • Manage internal resources for field teams and the operational side of enablement, including scheduling, speakers, and materials logistics.
  • Develop and improve scalable launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
  • Lead launch retrospectives and recurring product communications.
  • Contribute directly to product marketing and launch materials when volume requires.

Requirements

  • Experience owning launch or release operations end to end and ensuring launches land on time and in good shape.
  • Experience building or substantially improving a launch or release process.
  • Ability to drive adoption and measure the effectiveness of operational processes.
  • Background in product marketing, product operations, technical program management, or launch production.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and complex plans in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Technical background and ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce launch-ready materials.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and in a rapidly evolving market.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual compensation range: $255,000–$320,000 USD.
