Responsibilities
Support the Chief Product Officer in the development of the product strategy, governance, and execution of the product roadmap.
Organize product teams.
Integrate product plans with Turion enterprise management systems.
Drive product planning processes, bringing stakeholders together to align on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and future product development efforts.
Requirements
B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field.
3 to 15 years of professional experience in product development, analysis, or a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and translate data into product decisions.
Demonstrated understanding of the technical, business, and operational aspects of product development, including market research and competitive analysis, product lifecycle management, user experience and customer feedback analysis, data-driven decision making, and go-to-market strategy and execution.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Confluence, and other relevant product management tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop software for analyzing large data sets, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning applications for product insights.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (dual citizenship not accepted).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Previous experience bringing aerospace or defense industry products to market.
Experience leading customer interactions and gathering requirements to inform product development.
