Leads large-scale technical programs across engineering, product, strategy, and risk teams, driving planning, execution, process improvements, and stakeholder alignment. Requires at least five years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience, with financial risk, SQL, and Python experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Execute technical programs requiring deep systems and engineering knowledge.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to define, scope, and drive large programs to completion.
- Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and key performance indicators with well-defined success criteria.
- Improve communication and operating practices to increase team productivity and efficiency.
- Define and produce high-quality written proposals, communications, and documentation.
- Use data and acquired knowledge to drive strategic decisions at an engineering leadership level.
- Create broadly circulated plans that promote consistency, clarity, and alignment across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to digest complex information and make recommendations.
- Track record of program management across all phases of software development, from kickoff through launch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders.
- Experience driving process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
- Ability to operate autonomously and lead large-scale efforts across teams and functions, including stakeholders in different disciplines and time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial risk and compliance.
- SQL and Python scripting and programming skills.
