Prioritize the team’s work in collaboration with the technical lead, research teams, and product teams to support fast iteration on research projects and training runs.
Design processes (e.g., postmortem review, incident response, on-call rotations) that help the team operate effectively.

Requirements
At least 2 years of people management experience and actively enjoy people management.
Quick study: able to understand at a high level a large number of different complex technical systems.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a field relevant to the role.

Experience working with research teams, especially as part of a “research to production” pipeline.

Strong project management skills: prioritization, communicating across team/org boundaries.

Leads team building eval platforms, system prompt infrastructure, and regression detection for AI model launches. Requires 3+ years managing platform/devtools teams, technical depth for system design, and collaboration across product/research orgs.
