Intern Business Development
Supports the Madrid Business Development team by researching accounts, prospecting through calls, email, and social channels, and setting qualified meetings for Account Executives. The internship requires Dutch proficiency, strong communication and organization, and six months of full-time availability.

Responsibilities
- Align focus accounts with account teams.
- Identify and source key influencers and decision-makers within target companies.
- Prospect into prioritized accounts through cold calls, email, and social strategies.
- Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Present and report progress to sales leaders to drive growth results.
Requirements
- Be a student of Business Administration or a comparable program.
- Work in a structured manner and learn quickly.
- Listen well and communicate excellently.
- Demonstrate exceptional organization and planning skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Show curiosity and a long-term interest in building a career in Sales.
- Native or equivalent proficiency in Dutch is required; other European languages are a plus.
- Have at least six months of full-time availability starting February 2027.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience in a sales-related role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or Salesloft.
- Experience with account research, planning, prospecting, or cold calling.
