- Provide deep technical support and debug complex issues across software and hardware boundaries.
- Translate customer requirements into feedback for design and product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design, simulation, or EDA tools.
- Experience in customer support, debug, and design validation.
- Schematic review, board-level analysis, and failure investigation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
