Responsibilities
- Lead an end-to-end design process from problem definition to production delivery.
- Conduct exploratory research, create user journey maps, and identify insights to inform team scope and design decisions.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, user-centered stories.
- Conceptualize and design innovative solutions.
- Develop highly functional user experiences and polished user interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing to learn from users and improve design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to build a user-centric product roadmap.
- Advocate for design best practices across the organization.
- Ensure excellent design quality in team deliverables.
- Mentor and guide designers within the team’s scope.
- Identify new opportunities and lead initiatives that positively impact the platform and organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a product designer working on complex B2B software.
- Experience designing agentic AI experiences.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, user-centered experiences.
- Deep understanding of design and product development processes in an agile environment.
- Mastery of UI patterns, UX best practices, and graphic design principles for software design, including typography, layouts, colors, and components.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React for collaboration with engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to different audiences.
- Strong product sense and business judgment.
- Experience leading and guiding designers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance tactical solutions with long-term investment.
