Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with travel support through chat, phone, and email.
- Maintain extensive supplier, destination, and system knowledge.
- Analyze customer needs, personas, and urgency quickly and accurately.
- Provide accurate information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
- Support users with self-service on the Navan platform and app where possible.
- Respond to customers within SLA expectations.
- Follow company, customer travel and expense, and global compliance procedures.
- Provide stakeholders with regular feedback on goals and key operating processes.
- Participate in team meetings covering product launches, supplier updates, and industry changes.
- Build travel industry knowledge and maintain high standards for travel support.
- Complete assigned training and meet attendance and individual performance requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a core business travel environment.
- 3+ years of advanced Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience, including ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, and PNR management.
- Experience with local-market supplier content and booking practices in ARC and BSP markets.
- In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares, and fare construction calculations, including net fares, IT fares, route deals, and corporate negotiated fares.
- Experience with travel industry regulations and worldwide compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hebrew and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NDC, low-cost carriers, third-party content aggregators, and related booking management practices.
- Additional fluent language skills.
