Requirements
2+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
Proficient in using data to inform decisions and uncover business opportunities
Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
Comfort with a dynamic, fast-growing, flat culture
Able to drive problem and solution discovery with minimal supervision
Able to quickly absorb complex concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces
AI power user — daily use of tools like Claude, Cursor for research, spec writing, prototyping, and decision-making
