Responsibilities
- Own revenue forecasting and performance management across Money Management, including volume trends and unit economics.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models reflecting underlying product drivers.
- Establish business metrics and KPIs for new and existing products; present performance, drivers, risks, and actionable insights.
- Partner with product leaders on strategy, tradeoffs, roadmaps, growth, monetization, and investment priorities.
- Lead quarterly forecasting and annual strategic financial planning, including long-range models and scenario analysis.
- Contribute to business reviews and leadership forums by translating product economics into executive insights.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance and strategy team.
- Improve processes and analytics scalability in partnership with data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics teams.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation in financial analysis.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in product finance, strategic finance, or FP&A, preferably in payments, fintech, marketplace/platform, or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep experience with revenue-oriented financial modeling, including pricing analysis, unit economics, volume/take-rate forecasting, and deal economics.
- Ability to architect complex, integrated financial models.
- Experience partnering with senior product or business leaders and influencing strategic decisions through financial analysis.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing finance teams while serving as a hands-on player-coach.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL and large, complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Money Movement and Embedded Finance products, such as Payouts, Treasury, Capital, or Issuing.
- Experience collaborating with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for financial analysis automation.
- Experience with Python, Anaplan, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
- Experience in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment.
