Data Client Onboarding Specialist
Manages client data-feed onboarding for a fintech platform, coordinating account eligibility, authorization, provisioning, connectivity, and issue resolution. Requires client-facing onboarding experience, strong communication, technical aptitude, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage the data feed onboarding process for new clients, including communicating the workflow over calls and email.
- Guide and train clients on account eligibility and authorization requirements, including LOA forms, for existing and new portfolio data feeds.
- Provision received accounts to the appropriate environments.
- Work with data providers to triage and resolve account onboarding requests and issues.
- Complete custodian-specific setup and feed connectivity workflows.
- Maintain accurate account onboarding instructions and related resources.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and internal Data teams to deliver positive client experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on process and tooling enhancements that improve onboarding user experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A few years of experience in client-facing roles, specializing in client onboarding and success within the FinTech and financial advisory sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude and proactive interest in using AI-driven tools to improve workflow efficiency and problem solving.
- Ability to critically evaluate priorities while managing multiple projects and processes.
- Self-motivation, ownership, teamwork, and a client-centric approach.
- Proactive documentation habits and an interest in improving team workflows.
Nice-to-haves
- Fluency in French, German, and/or Italian.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Databricks, Jira, Google Suite, and CRM applications.
