About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain webpages and manage edits from various team members, collaborating across marketing.
  • Manage upload and ongoing maintenance of Google Business Profiles for new advisor profiles; handle Google support verification follow-ups.
  • Execute advisor microsite updates and edits, routing content changes to the live site on a recurring basis.
  • Perform routine QA and maintenance on proprietary internal marketing tools — flag bugs, broken links, rendering issues; assist with testing new features; escalate issues for resolution.
  • Assist with writing PRD documentation for new tools, functionality, and features in the internal marketing system.
  • Maintain structure and hygiene of shared Google Drive folders in Google Workspace.
  • Build and execute emails in HubSpot for marketing team members.
  • Manage send lists, handle data hygiene, and process opt-outs in HubSpot.
  • Handle end-to-end event logistics: create Zoom events, build registration pages, send invitations, and coordinate post-event communications.
  • Import and manage contact and organization lists from GuideStar, ZoomInfo, and other tools for Institutional and Growth teams.
  • Support lead verification and deduplication for inbound advisor leads using LinkedIn, BeenVerified, and FINTRX; flag and merge duplicates.
  • Manage AdvisorFinder.com listings and maintain advisor profiles on-platform.
  • Drive automation for performance monitoring and dashboards for leadership updates.
  • Support Growth team reporting on program performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders without losing track of priorities.
  • Proficient with marketing and CRM tools; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and comfortable learning new platforms quickly.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Comfortable and adept at AI tools, or interest in working with AI-powered systems.
  • Hands-on experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, AEM, etc.).
  • Interested in the intersection of financial services and marketing operations.
