Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tools and operational dashboards using Retool
- Develop and deploy AI-powered applications and agent workflows using Vercel and Cursor
- Design and maintain tools connected to live data via APIs, SQL, and webhooks
- Build credentialing trackers, AI agents for exception-handling workflows, and other operational automations
- Instrument workflows with logging and monitoring to proactively surface issues
- Integrate LLM capabilities (summarization, classification, routing, escalation logic) into internal tooling
- Partner with operational leads to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Document work and onboard teams that depend on internal tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a technical operations, business systems, or software development role
- Hands-on production experience building internal tools in Retool
- Experience deploying web applications via Vercel using AI-assisted development environments like Cursor
- Solid command of SQL — writing complex queries, modeling data for reporting, and designing ETL pipelines
- Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and database connectors
- Practical experience building with LLMs and AI tools — prompt engineering, API integration, and multi-step agent workflows
- Ability to integrate LLM capabilities into existing internal tooling
- Strong communication skills with ability to partner with operational leads and document work
Nice-to-Haves
- JavaScript or Python experience for scripting, app development, and data pipelines
- Background in healthcare tech, SaaS operations, or clinical workflow environments
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Experience serving multiple internal stakeholders in a shared services or platform team model
- Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
