Responsibilities
- Identify and validate high-impact AI opportunities for internal teams, including Sales, go-to-market, Finance, and HR.
- Build and deploy AI solutions to increase efficiency and outcomes.
- Train teams to use AI tools, monitor adoption, and improve solutions as opportunities arise.
- Partner with go-to-market, operations, and technical teams.
- Work closely with the CEO.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or engineering experience.
- More than 1 year of experience building AI tools.

- Experience working with go-to-market teams.
- Founder experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $207,600–$339,600.
- Equity and/or commission may be provided depending on the position.
