What you will do
Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling
Partner with other Solutions Consultants as an overlay expert on Rippling’s most advanced platform capabilities
Understand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s Platform
Manage and assist in technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives
Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling Platform
Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape
Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization
What you will need
4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in a modular platform, doing hands on building for POCs and demonstrations and working with APIs using Postman or similar
Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Help strategic partners design, build, evaluate, and launch high-utility plugins for ChatGPT and Codex. Hands-on product engineering role involving prototyping, debugging integrations, cross-functional collaboration, and platform contributions. Requires 4+ years software engineering experience with strong product sense.
