Client Transitions Associate
Executes advisor and client transitions by managing account openings, transfers, asset movements, custodial coordination, documentation, and client communication. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, financial product knowledge, and wealth management operations experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end client transition processes, including new account documentation, ACAT and non-ACAT transfers, and complex asset movements.
- Coordinate with custodians and third-party vendors to complete transition activities accurately and on time.
- Maintain transition pipelines, track progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and report status to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Serve as a primary client contact during transitions, communicating documentation requirements and providing service.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies, troubleshoot transfer issues, and reconcile custodian data across systems.
- Manage multiple client transitions and competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Background in client service, advisor transitions, or conversion management.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of financial products, including SMAs, 529 plans, annuities, 401(k) plans, and alternative investments.
- Knowledge of wealth management operations and client service with custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
