About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and build systems that drive product adoption, including backend and frontend glue for signup flows, activation loops, referral mechanics, usage tracking, billing experiments, and developer tool integrations.
  • Create pipelines, dashboards, scripts, APIs, and experiments to optimize the GTM funnel.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams using code deliverables.

Requirements

  • Comfortable shipping production code and sketching growth experiments.
  • Understand developer tools, SaaS funnels, signup, auth, billing, and usage tracking edge cases.
  • Think in systems to design pipelines and feedback loops tying product usage to GTM strategy.
  • Pragmatic approach: build MVPs for hypothesis testing and harden for scale.
  • Experience using code to hack growth (automating workflows, instrumenting analytics, clever integrations).
