Responsibilities
- Manage a small number of key accounts by developing and executing comprehensive account strategies.
- Lead enterprise prospects from consideration through successful deployment.
- Partner with solutions and research engineering teams to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.
- Own and manage consumption revenue targets and forecasts.
- Analyze key account metrics, create reports, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the industry landscape—including people, competitors, and partners—to inform product roadmaps and corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of teammates.
- Contribute to company culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service.
- More than 3 years of achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $2 million.
- Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies.
- Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies.
- Experience working directly with C-level executives.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-visibility customer events, such as customer advisory boards, conferences, and product launches.
- Experience gathering, distilling, and processing complex industry, competitor, customer, and prospect intelligence.
