Responsibilities
- Build our product by owning and implementing software features end-to-end across the stack that power our AI platform. Actively code and deliver critical platform components from scratch.
- Deliver excellence and quality by setting and upholding coding standards, architectural patterns, and review processes; mentor engineers. Co-own a culture of practical, reliable, test-driven development that rapidly addresses real business needs.
- Build for scale by contributing to monitoring, scaling, and hardening the architecture of the platform and the systems behind it as enterprise demand grows.
- Cross-functional collaboration by partnering closely with product, security, and go-to-market teams to translate our roadmap into features and deliverables that ship quickly and hold up in production.
Requirements
- 4+ years building production software across frontend and backend, with a track record of shipping features end-to-end.
- Passion for engineering and learning; care about your craft and continuously push to get better.
- AI fluency and comfort building with AI at the core — integrating LLMs, retrieval, or agents into real product experiences.
- Strong grasp of modern web application development practices and patterns.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, and AWS.
Compensation
- $175K – $225K base salary plus equity.
- Total rewards package includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.
