Leads a team of Channel Partner Managers to source, support, and grow partner-led sales pipeline, scaling the team and building partner programs. Requires 6-8 years in partnerships/channel management, team leadership experience, and Salesforce proficiency.

Base wage: $137,500 - $151,250 (New York City office). On-Target Earnings (inclusive of incentives): $207,500 - $221,250.

Builds and scales strategic technology partnerships with firms like Genesys, Databricks, and Snowflake, driving sell-to/with/through revenue motions, joint solutions, and AI-native operations to generate partner-sourced pipeline.
Owns full partnerships function including cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), builds co-sell motions, sources leads, achieves revenue KPIs, and collaborates cross-functionally. Requires 3-5 years in BD/partnerships/sales with cloud experience.
Manage and scale Ramp's Franchise Channel by sourcing new partners, driving revenue through referrals, and building strategic relationships with franchisors and franchisees. Requires 7+ years experience with 3+ in partner sales and proven quota overachievement.
Manage enterprise payment partners at Plaid, owning the full partner lifecycle from technical integration to scaling volumes and driving product expansion. Requires 7+ years experience and proven success growing large partner relationships.
