Accounting Manager
Oversees general ledger, month-end/year-end closes, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering cross-functionally and with auditors. Requires CPA, GAAP knowledge, ERP/Excel proficiency, and thrives in fast-paced scaling environments.

Responsibilities
- Oversee core accounting operations including general ledger function
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Drive preparation of timely and reliable financial reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with business teams
- Work with senior finance leadership and external auditors to maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness
- Build and refine accounting processes and infrastructure
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles
- Experience leading or supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at high-growth technology or infrastructure company
- Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
- Exposure to intercompany accounting and consolidations
- Experience with ERP/accounting system implementations, migrations, or upgrades
- Experience supporting external audits
