Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Leads sales, upsell, partnership, and PMS integration analytics for a B2B SaaS business. The role requires 5+ years of relevant analytics experience, strong SQL, dashboarding expertise, Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to translate findings into business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Lead upsell and expansion funnel analytics, mapping the sales funnel to identify ideal customer profiles, evaluate sales activities, and uncover opportunities for location and product expansion.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on PMS integration health, usage friction, technical adoption, data flow, and integration success for new products.
- Partner with partnership teams, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Finance to understand partner impact and improve partner reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards, primarily in Sigma, and KPI frameworks with Product Managers, Engineers, and Revenue Operations.
- Analyze end-to-end performance across sales, adoption, usage, retention, and cancellation behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Communicate structured, concise, data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Help maintain and scale the analytics data foundation and build self-service data capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong independent SQL skills.
- Experience building clear dashboards with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data structures, sales pipelines, upsell motions, and customer growth profiles.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguous datasets, prioritize competing stakeholder requests, and communicate findings clearly in writing and speech.
- Ability to translate technical data points into straightforward stakeholder updates.
