About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees by resolving Help Desk tickets.
  • Support MDM fleet for macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues and A/V systems in office.
  • Manage and optimize Okta and core SaaS tooling, including integrations and RBAC.
  • Handle procurement, asset management, and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain IT documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support IT projects, onboarding/offboarding, and basic security tasks.
  • Create simple automations to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience administering Okta (users, groups, app integrations; OIE a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace; some Office 365 exposure.
  • Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows (ideally Iru/Kandji).
  • Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in procurement and asset management.
  • Clear technical writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Basic understanding of security principles.

Nice To Haves

  • No-code/low-code automation tools (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier, Workato, Tray.io).
  • Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
  • Security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, FedRAMP).
  • AI tools experience (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT).
  • HRIS integration (Deel, Rippling, BambooHR, Workday).
  • API integrations and webhooks.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary $90,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
