Responsibilities
- Win new business and drive revenue by prospecting, educating customers about LLMs, and owning the full sales cycle from outbound through launch.
- Design and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
- Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to develop targeted sales activities, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Identify new customer segments and use cases to expand the startup market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate offerings and sustain competitive advantage.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmaps, features, value propositions, and customer experience improvements.
- Refine sales methodologies, playbooks, templates, and best practices to improve productivity and consistency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience prospecting and closing startup leads and driving adoption of emerging technologies through consultative, solutions-oriented sales.
- Experience with complex sales cycles, technical stakeholders, strategic deals, and multifaceted technical requirements.
- Success advising startup founders and creating solutions aligned with their goals.
- Experience negotiating complex, customized commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated quota attainment in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to connect with individual contributors and C-level executives.
- Analytical approach to customer needs and market assessment, combined with creative execution.
- Passion for emerging technologies such as AI and their safe, responsible development.
- Passion for or experience with advanced AI systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual on-target earnings range: $222,800–$290,000 USD, including target sales commissions or bonuses and base salary.
