About the role

Core Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute a multi-year brand roadmap to increase brand equity, awareness, and market share across diverse segments.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor positioning, and consumer insights to build a distinctive brand narrative that enhances product value propositions and accelerates market adoption.
  • Modernize and govern brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity guidelines to ensure global relevance and consistency.

End-to-End Brand Campaigns

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on the development and launch of integrated campaigns across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external creative and media partners to deliver breakthrough storytelling.
  • Establish campaign KPIs (attribution, sentiment shifts, customer acquisition, and retention) to prove business impact.

AI Governance and Technical Brand Engineering

  • Manage the AI Brand Architect, directing technical talent to build, fine-tune, train, and deploy AI models and agents.
  • Spearhead the creation of domain-specific AI solutions and autonomous workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks, optimize efficiencies, and scale output.
  • Translate brand guidelines into programmatic rules to train AI models, ensuring content aligns with the brand's tone, style, and ethics.

Global Brand Education, Advocacy and Operations

  • Manage the Brand Operations Manager responsible for scaling brand education globally, overseeing Snowstore retail operations, and optimizing the Brand Marketing budget and procurement.
  • Institutionalize deep understanding of the brand’s core ethos, strategy, and positioning across the business, regional offices, and partner agencies.
  • Design AI literacy upskilling programs for the marketing team on effective prompting and co-creation with brand-certified AI tools.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading brand strategy, market positioning, and large-scale, multi-channel brand campaigns.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering to direct a technical AI Brand Architect.
  • Champion AI tool adoption with hands-on proficiency; develop workflows, automations, and templates for efficiency at scale.
  • High degree of technical acumen, creativity, and ability to manage multiple stakeholder inputs against tight timelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills to pitch ideas, build relationships, influence, and listen effectively.
  • Proven track record of advocating for teams, developing talent, and rolling up sleeves to dive into the work.

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Wrike, and Canva.
