Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close process with U.S. GAAP compliant financials
- Build/enhance balance sheet reconciliations and clean up historical data
- Collaborate on metrics, flux analysis, forecasts, projections, and monthly reporting
- Prepare documents for internal/external audits
- Support implementation of new systems/tools/processes for scalability
- Identify process improvements for efficiency
- Develop/maintain internal controls
Requirements (Ideally You Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or pursuing
- 3+ years relevant accounting experience (Big 4 public accounting strongly preferred, startup-to-public experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX
- Experience with general ledger and month-end/year-end close
- Experience with financial audit preparation
- Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational skills, attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills; project management a plus

- Experience with accruals, investments, internally used software, ASC 842 leases, cloud computing, stock-based compensation, consolidation, FX
- Proficiency in SQL, NetSuite, FloQast, Coupa, Jira
