Responsibilities
Building Agents
- Document manual playbooks and identify steps that can be automated.
- Build AI agents that monitor inboxes, send follow-ups, and keep trackers current.
- Turn repetitive outreach and tracking into continuously running workflows.
- Automate processes so one person can manage hundreds of apps without omissions.
Operations
- Shepherd new app connectors from initial request to launch.
- Secure OAuth approvals and API access.
- Set up sandbox credentials and test accounts.
- Manage verification and related paperwork.
- Track hundreds of apps across different approval stages.
- Follow up persistently on outstanding approvals.
- Create demo videos and scope-mapping documentation for partners.
- Maintain accurate app status information for engineering, product, and partners.
Requirements
- Daily experience building with AI.
- Persistence in following problems through to resolution.
- Ability to manage 50 or more concurrent threads without losing track.
- Ability to identify and solve problems independently.
- Preference for automating repetitive tasks.
- Engineering background, such as a BTech, computer science degree, or similar.
- A few projects built and shipped.
- Clear writing suitable for partner and customer communications.
- Ability to work in person in Bengaluru for the full two-month internship.
- Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome.
Nice-to-haves
- Availability to extend the internship to six months if additional projects arise.
- A full-time offer beginning later in the year.
