Responsibilities
- Partner with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from the ground up.
- Solve complex technical challenges, including virtualized rendering, content management systems, and other product infrastructure problems.
- Improve user experience through polished interfaces and last-mile refinements.
- Profile and optimize application performance and build scalable solutions for a growing user base.
- Shape product direction and engineering approaches across the stack.
- Contribute to product and technical decisions and take features from development through launch.
- Engage directly with customers and use their insights to guide product development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience in either frontend development or backend systems engineering.
- Frontend expertise with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and rendering performance; or backend expertise in systems design, API architecture, and database optimization.
- Strong product intuition and attention to both user needs and implementation quality.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across the stack.
- Ability to take ownership, define solutions, and operate with limited specifications.
